Cancellation Policy

Policy at a Glance

For services offered by iHOOP, you may cancel without penalty by delivering or mailing written notice before midnight of the third business day after signing and submitting your registration.

After the applicable cancellation period expires, registration is considered committed. iHOOP does not provide refunds, credits, transfers, or prorated reimbursements for ordinary withdrawals, missed sessions, schedule conflicts, team/sport commitments, travel, or changes of plans, unless different written terms apply to the specific offering or a refund or credit is required by law.

The complete policy below explains additional terms, cancellation procedures, and circumstances where different cancellation or refund rights may apply.

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY This is iHOOP’s general Cancellation & Refund Policy. It is intended to apply to iHOOP Academies, Development Labs, private training/development, camps, clinics, workshops, events, memberships, facility or court access, rentals, multi-week programs, and other paid services unless a specific offering states different written terms. If a specific written offering term differs from this policy, that specific term controls to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights always control over conflicting policy language.

2. BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL For iHOOP services subject to Washington’s Health Studio Services Act, the following cancellation right applies: BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL If you wish to cancel this contract without penalty, you may cancel it by delivering or mailing a written notice to the health studio. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract. The notice must be sent to: iHOOP Training/Kyle Impero via submitting the Cancellation Request Form. If you cancel within the three days, iHOOP will return to you within thirty days all amounts you have paid. Important: The cancellation period is based on the third business day after signing; it should not be interpreted as a simple 72-hour period

3. AFTER THE APPLICABLE CANCELLATION PERIOD After all applicable statutory cancellation periods have expired, registration or purchase is final for ordinary cancellations. Unless otherwise stated in writing by iHOOP or required by law, the following do not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or prorated reimbursement: • Voluntary withdrawal or deciding to stop participating. • School sports, AAU/select teams, practices, games, tryouts, tournaments, or other basketball commitments. • Schedule changes or conflicts that arise after registration. • Travel, vacations, transportation issues, family scheduling, or other personal commitments. • Choosing another team, trainer, program, activity, or opportunity. • Missed sessions, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend. • Failure to use optional sessions, facility/gym access, DIY programming, or other benefits included with the purchased offering. Families are responsible for reviewing dates, schedules, transportation, school/team commitments, and other activities that could affect attendance before registering.

4. MISSED SESSIONS & MAKE-UPS Participant absences and missed sessions do not create a refund or credit. Some offerings may include designated make-up opportunities. If make-ups are included, the applicable offering or registration details will explain how they work. Make-up availability does not change the participant’s registration commitment and does not guarantee that every missed session can be replaced.

5. MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES If a significant injury, total disability, or medical condition prevents continued participation, iHOOP will apply any cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law. iHOOP may request reasonable documentation from a qualified medical provider where permitted. If no mandatory refund right applies, iHOOP may, at its discretion, consider a future program credit. A discretionary medical credit is not guaranteed and may be subject to written conditions or an expiration date.

6. OTHER CANCELLATION RIGHTS REQUIRED BY LAW Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation or refund right that applicable law does not permit iHOOP to waive. For services governed by Washington’s Health Studio Services Act, additional cancellation rights may apply in circumstances including: • The buyer’s death or total disability. • Certain qualifying relocations when a contract extends for more than one year. • Cancellation for any reason on thirty days’ written notice when a contract extends for more than one year. • Permanent closure of the facility when qualifying comparable facilities are not made available as provided by law. • Failure to complete promised facility construction or improvements by the represented date. • Certain contracts sold before a facility opens. When one of these statutory rights applies, iHOOP will follow the cancellation, refund, and future-payment requirements required by law.

7. PRIVATE TRAINING, CAMPS, CLINICS, RENTALS & OTHER BOOKINGS Private training/development, camps, clinics, workshops, events, court/facility rentals, memberships, and access plans may have additional scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, or booking terms stated at registration or purchase. Those written terms are part of the applicable purchase. Unless those terms expressly provide otherwise, the general no-refund/no-credit rule in this policy applies after mandatory cancellation rights expire, subject always to applicable law.

8. CANCELLATIONS OR SERVICE CHANGES BY iHOOP If iHOOP cancels an entire paid offering or is unable to provide the purchased service, iHOOP will provide the refund, credit, rescheduling opportunity, or other remedy required by applicable law and the applicable offering terms. If iHOOP cancels or changes an individual session, iHOOP may provide a rescheduled session, make-up opportunity, credit, or other appropriate remedy. A change to one session does not automatically constitute cancellation of an entire program.

9. WEATHER, FACILITY CONDITIONS & SAFETY iHOOP may postpone, modify, relocate when appropriate, or cancel activity because of severe weather, road conditions, heat, facility conditions, emergencies, or other safety concerns. iHOOP will communicate material schedule changes when reasonably possible. A weather- or safety-related schedule change does not automatically create a cash-refund or credit right unless required by law or stated in the applicable offering terms.

10. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION For general cancellation or withdrawal requests, use the official iHOOP Cancellation Request Form identified on the iHOOP website or provided by iHOOP. Submission of a request does not itself establish refund or credit eligibility; eligibility is determined under this policy, the applicable registration agreement, and applicable law.

For the statutory BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL described above, follow the written-notice requirements and timing stated in that section. The required mailing information must be completed by iHOOP before this policy is published or used in registration.

11. REFUNDS WHEN A CANCELLATION QUALIFIES When applicable law requires a refund, iHOOP will process the refund according to the timing and calculation required by that law. For qualifying cancellations governed by Washington’s Health Studio Services Act, required refunds are generally provided within thirty days after receipt of written notice, with the amount determined under the applicable statutory rules.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT DURING REGISTRATION When this policy is presented during registration, the buyer may be required to confirm that they have received, reviewed, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Separate registration acknowledgments may also confirm the offering purchased, dates and schedule, services included, facility/training rules, participant expectations, and other terms. Those acknowledgments supplement this policy; they do not create a different cancellation policy unless expressly stated.

Submit the form below for cancellation requests. Requests will be reviewed and processed according to our policy.
