What are the benefits of basketball training at iHOOP Training?
Training develops & improves your skills, it also helps improve your overall athleticism, including agility, strength, coordination, and teamwork. For competitive players, it’s essential for refining skills, improving game IQ, and boosting confidence on the court.
Our training methods and systems have been refined through extensive trial and experience, which is why we take a highly focused and strategic approach to player development. This approach is evident in the quality, structure, and timing of the services we offer.
How long should I train for?
The ideal duration depends on how often you train at iHOOP Training and much time is spent on your own training/playing basketball. Players who train 2-3 times a week with us, and practice on their own on a consistent basis, tend to see the best results, especially those who train with us multiple times per week. To make significant progress, training consistently over time is essential.
***Real improvement takes time and consistency. 1-2 sessions a week for a couple months helps — but to truly elevate your game, long-term commitment is key.
